Therapy that feels like being met, not analysed
My work is person-centred and collaborative. We’ll shape the sessions around what you actually need — drawing on couples, solution-focused and person-centred approaches, and using the counselling relationship itself as a place of safety and shared exploration.

Four quiet commitments I bring to every session
01
Trusted expertise
Ten years as a Relate-trained couples counsellor, MBACP registration, and many more years working in bereavement and GP settings.
02
Person-centred & collaborative
A supportive, patient space where we work together to find a way forwards — at your pace.
03
Individuals & couples
Supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges, including autism in couples.
04
Flexible & accessible
In person, online, by phone or home visits. Concessions available for low income.
A flexible, collaborative toolkit
I draw on several modalities — including person-centred therapy, couples therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and child counselling — weaving them together in a way that fits you.
Person-centred therapy
A warm, collaborative approach that trusts you as the expert on your own life — meeting you with respect and shared curiosity.
Couples therapy
A space for couples to improve communication, navigate change and rebuild trust — including work with couples where one partner may be on the Autistic Spectrum, diagnosed or not.
Solution-focused brief therapy
A practical, forward-looking approach that helps you build on your strengths and move towards the change you want to see.
Child counselling
Age-appropriate support for younger clients, working at their pace and in a way that feels safe and understandable.
The relationship is the work
The relationship you have with your counsellor is one of the most important factors in bringing about positive change — that belief shapes everything I bring into the room.
