You don't have to carry this alone
— let's talk it through
Experienced, person-centred counselling for individuals and couples — in person in Nottingham, online, by phone or home visits. Ten years of practice as a Relate-trained couples counsellor.

Therapy that is person-centred, collaborative and patient.
If you’re troubled or struggling with life and feel that no one understands, give yourself the opportunity to talk things through. I’m a supportive, patient listener and I’ll help you explore what’s going on at your own pace.
I’m an experienced Relate-trained couples counsellor and MBACP member, working with individuals and couples on a wide range of issues — including depression, anxiety, bereavement, and relationship difficulties.
I also work with couples where one partner may be on the Autistic Spectrum, whether formally diagnosed or not, bringing understanding and structure to the conversations that matter most.
Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to carry it alone
Common reasons people come to see me — explored gently, at your pace.
